We promise to keep in touch with you even after the mortgage starts. With future regular reviews we promise that we will endeavour to ensure that your mortgage and protection will always suit your needs, whether it’s borrowing extra money, remortgaging to a new rate, moving home, or a change in the family, perhaps due to a new addition!

For services in sourcing the most appropriate mortgage for your needs Graeme Black Financial Services charges a Fee of between £0 and £495. Fee charged will depend upon amount of research and administration involved in your mortgage application. The fee is payable in two stages being £100 upon mortgage application submission and then remainder of fee upon receipt of Mortgage Offer.
